Engagement

Proposals remain valid for 30 days. Work begins after written acceptance or purchase order. VertiLinks may engage vetted subcontractors when required.

Payment

Unless specified otherwise, 50% of project fees are invoiced upfront with the remainder due upon completion or milestone acceptance. AMC contracts are billed annually in advance.

Warranty

OEM warranties apply in addition to VertiLinks workmanship coverage of 90 days. Failures resulting from misuse, environmental damage, or unauthorized changes are excluded.

Liability

VertiLinks’ liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific project or service in question. Consequential damages are disclaimed to the extent permitted by UAE law.
